Sir/madam My name is shweta singh i am a phd student in visva-bharti university. This is the central university after that wenot getting the non net fellowship because of that we are facing lots of problems in our research work. Regarding this matter we meet the vice - chancellor and register of the university and they replied that university grants commission not providing fund for non net fellowships, so we cannot give to you.
