Hi I needed official transcripts for by graduation marksheets from CU. We followed the process and submitted the application fully as described on CU website. The documents were received by them on 12th Nov 2018 and processing time as per their website is 30 days. However it has been more than 2 months and we have received no communication or transcripts till now. We have visited the office of registrar many times but never get any reponse from him. Dont know how we can resolve it.

The email ids given on the website for enquiries regarding official transcripts are not working and mails sent to the id get bounced back. Please help us to resolve as this is very very important for us.
