University of Delhi — During migration certificate application money had deducted but it is transaction is failed.

Hello sir/madam

I had applied for migration certificate at du certificate portal and paid 500rs, on aug 10, 2022 but it is showing transaction is failed. The money still haven't came back, how can I get back my money.
Please help me in this.
