Unknown — Bad chemical smell

I'm living in odhav (Vastral). Last 7-10 days every night very bad smell in air like harmful chemical smells spread every night around 11:30 pm to 1:00am this are harmful to our life government action to that company who spead that no any restrictions and no any action regarding that company.
