Unknown Caller — complaint against unknown person sending irrespective and irritated through whatsapp

I’m getting whatsapp calls video calls messages abusive pics and lots of stuff from unknown numbers from kuwait. When they call their i'd they shows that it come up in true caller from kuwait. That guy call me from their number, its irritating and they don’t speak a word and call only i don’t know what to do. I hope you will do what ever need. The numbers are +[protected] and his name in whatspp as a ashish kumar.. Please as soon as taking a action against him..

My mom is receiveing call from this number [protected] more than 20 times. But no response from there end when we attended the call.

When I tried from different number . He is keep on calling on that number now it's been now more than 7 times. Every 5 mins we are receiving call

I'm getting repeated call by this number:-[protected] ...He is using foul language against me ...I can't tolerate him
