Unknown — Money paid for a apparel advertised on Facebook, no update post receipt of funds

My account statement reflects a successful transaction through Gpay to : UTIB[protected]-UPI Transaction. Amout 249

Since the amount was nominal went ahead with the risk of paying for a clothing I liked. The link was advertised on FB and there was no option of COD. The funds have been transferred on Sept 1 but there is no update since. No confirmation/shipment details etc. Clearly this is a fraud account. Its not the money here but important to track this account and seal it. Many unsuspecting people will fall prey to this scam given that the money being asked for is nominal..
