An unknown person called me posing as an Axis Bank Credit Card employee. The number is [protected]. I was having an issue with my credit card with a certain refund amount that was not being credited. Believing the person to be genuine employee of Axis Bank Credit Card department I was guided to change my transaction limit, etc inorder to resolve the issue and then was asked to share the OTP and CVV. Later, I was alerted about a Rs. 9000 transaction which I then sent an SMS to block the card. So I thought the issue was resolved. My Credit Card bank statement was generated somewhere on the 20th October which showed me that my credit card payment of Rs. 63000 was due. I was shocked and immediately called up the Axis Bank Credit Card department. they registered a complaint and I didn't receive a call back of any sorts. Today on the 7th of Oct., I called them up again inquiring on the status. They said they couldn't help me and that I had to pay the amount
