Unknown — talking double payment

I am doing a data entry work of form filling, as i unable to do the work a email saying they will do the work for me for 5/- per each ie 5500/-for 1100 forms. Whether i am able to complete only 400 forms in 4 days they complete 1100 forms in just few hours. After completing the work they ask me to pay, so i made the payment in the provided account. But after that they said that they didn't get the money but the money was debited from bank account and in phonepe it was showing that the payment was successful, but they still telling me that they didn't get the money for bank server issues and they blocked my work, after that they tell if i pay them again in the other provided account they refund me my first payment as soon they get it so i make the second payment. Now they are not answering my phone calls, masseges, and emails. Now what should i do please help me.
