The plot in C-Block Rama Park, Uttam Nagar is left vacant by its owner without boundary wall, which is used by the residents as dumping ground for their garbage. Which is causing nearby residents a lot of trouble. The garbage spreads all over nearby ares and road. Fly's are breading, fowl smell is making us sick. The owner doesn't respond.
