Unnamed Baking Factory — vacating baking factory

With respect to the above subject i would like to complain about the baking factory by which a large number of rodents are breeding by eating bakery waste. The rodents clog the sewage chambers of our house as well as other neighbours sewage chambers. The rodents also dig in to our buildings basement. The baking smell is unbearable and the smoke oozing out of the chimney deposit in to our building premises. The factory starts as early as 3 am in the morning and their by the smell starts from then. The rodents have become so huge in size that some times they scare the children also. Hence i kindly request on behalf of our neighbors to close the baking factory with immediate effect. Please act immediately.
