I passed my High School examination in 2016. from M.V. Inter College, Sulem sarai - 211011 (U.P.). My Roll Number was 2045114. But there is an an error in printing date of birth on marksheet.
Printed Date of Birth:[protected]
Correct Date of Birth:[protected]
I tried to get it corrected but they said that it has been a long time so now it can not be done. Now I want to apply for passport but could not present proof of name as the date of birth in high school marksheet is not correct.

Dear Sir,
My name is Archana Pandey i passed 10th exam from up board in 2005. But in Mark sheet name is mentioned "Archna Panday" I want correct this name to "Archana Pandey".
Or in 12 mark sheet my name mentioned "Archna Pandey" I want correct this name to "Archana Pandey".I am not sure that, it was my mistake or school's staff mistake.
I am facing so many issues please correct this name.
