Respected Sir, My name is MOHD AZAD and I passed out my High School Examination from UP board in 1994(ROLL NO: 726221), But there is an in printing of my date of birth Printed: 10/06/1988 instead of (Correct DOB is 10/06/1980): I had been already complaint to you within your complaint period. And tried many times to correct this wrongly printed, still not action in your side. I am requesting to you. Please do the needful action. With Regards. MOHD AZAD
