UP Jal Nigam — Quality of water supply

I am SMT KAILASH KUMARI H.No-7/63, sarai nawab, Aligarh-202001 (U.P.).
It is to bring in your notice that we are getting very bad quality of water from past 12-15 days. The water is having very bad smell and is mixed with seewage water. Please note that this is very bad for our health as we have patients in our home. Also our children have developed skin allergies by consuming and bathing with the water. I request you to please check the pipeline and the water being supplied.
I would be very grateful to the department for this.
