Upboard — incorrect mother name in my 10th and 12th marksheet

sir/ madam, i had my 10th in 2005 and 12th in 2007 from up board . In my marksheet and certificates my monther name is mentioned wrong . My mothers correct name is JAI DEVI but in marksheet JAYA SINGH is mentioned which is wrong .
