UPES — hacking

Somebody is hacking me and my parent's mobile and internet for the past 2 months and continuously monitoring all activities including phone calls, messages and what me and my family do online. He has installed spyware on all mobiles by sending url link in messages which i cannot remove even after formatting my phone. He might be using kali linux to hack. He is also sending me fake stock market messages on mobile of all my family members. I don't have any tool to backtrack those messages. I suspect somebody from my class who is doing all these activities just for fun but nobody is accepting this fact and keeping their identity anoynomous. I am bfsi 4th year student.
