[upsrtc] — 10 days complete but no amount refund

My self naved mirza,
I have booked 1 tickets from farrukhabad to delhi janrath on 3april . I paid Rs.582 via UPI for the payment. Payment get deducted but UPSRTC website said that payment failed and I neither receive tickets nor payment.
