This is inform you that I have Rs. 1507/- balance in my smart card issued by UPSRTC. On 13.05.2015 i board a bus from meerut to ghaziabad i bought a ticket of Rs. 43.00 and the same has been deducted from my smart card and the balance of Rs. 1464/- is shown on my Bus Ticket (as enclosed)
I didn't board a bus on 14.05.2015.
On 15.5.2015 i again board a bus from meerut to ghaziabad i bought a ticket of Rs 43/- but conductor refused to give me a ticket due to insufficient balance & only Rs. 37/- is available in my smart card. The details of smart card are as follows:

I am requesting you to please refund my amount of Rs. 1427/- as early as possible.

My UPSRTC smart card is surrendered in Ghaziabad Bus depot in December 2020 since the Ghaziabad buses ticket machines were not updated with the latest version so the smart cards stopped working in Ghaziabad depot buses. While surrendering the card, I have filled a form with my bank details for refund. But, till now, there is no update on the refund. I contacted Ghaziabad depot many times but no response.
Please look into this and process the refund.
