I was trying to book a ticket, money got deducted but I was not notified about the booking o e-ticket. It shoed transaction failed.So I booked a ticket again, this time it was successful. Then I saw I later received the e-ticket for previous failed transaction too. I wanted to bookone single seat only. So I am cancelling one of them but I am not getting any option to cancel, nor is the helpline number working.
