UPSRTC — Misbehave of the driver

I was traveling in bus no.UP87T0967 Agra fort depot on 06/04/15 from Tundla to Awagarh. During the journey the driver was consistently misbehaving with the passengers. He did not stop the bus at the appropriate stops. He often stopped it 1 to 2 kms after the stoppage and talked in a very bad language especially with the ladies passengers. I am sure that he was drunken. When the passengers complaint about it to the conductor he replied " I will do whatever I want, go and complaint about it to whomever you can ". I also have a video clip of his misbehave. I request the officers to take a disciplinary action against him to stop such types of misbehave. Dilip .
