UPSRTC — Regarding irregularity in volvo bus ticket cancellation refund

I have already submitted a complaint regarding irregularity in volvo bus ticket cancellation. I have to add some more information. The bus was to leave at 6 am on 12 october. My man was at the ticket counter before 5 am biut there was no staff around. The conductor - named Sachidanand shukla appeared just 10 minutes before departure and the clerk at the counter named Pankaj then took the ticke and without giving any cancellation receipt - deducted more than 50%
