this complaint is regarding fare of monthly season ticket i am a bank employee and i am regular traveller from kanpur to bangarmau from last one year i used to pay 2360 rs for the mst till febuary after which the roadways fare increased by 1 rupee which means increase of 36 rs in mst in the month of march i was asked to pay 2580 rs for the same mst of all other stations increased by 36 rs and for bangarmau it increased by 220 rs i asked for the reason frm the department they said that they have wrongly entered the fare now i am asking for the refund and they are not agree to provide me that i have all the reciepts with their signatures please take the appropriate step i will be thankful to you
