UPSRTC — Was not able to cancel Ticket, No HELP from Customer Care,

I booked my ticket from ANAND VIHAR to CHARBAGH for VOLVO from www.upsrtconline.co.in on 5/4/2015. The bus boarding timing was 22:00 5/4/2015. I booked the ticket as the Guest the user and when i was trying to cancel the ticket, the website asked to me register it to cancel the ticket.So, while i was registering, the website did not sent the activation mail on my email address. So i was stuck, i tried to customer care number +91-[protected], i tried almost 200 times, somebody was declining the call and not picking it up. It was picked once and communicated that there UPSRTC server is down and your ticket cannot be cancelled. I tried to send the email to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but no reply came, the next day morning got foolish reply that "Please register yourself on our portal(www.upsrtconline.co.in) using same e-mail ID and mobile number mentioned in ticket you booked. It will automatically reflect in “My booking” panel" This is how UPSRTC works ?? Please refund the money.

I booked my ticket from KASB to BLYS for VOLVO from www.upsrtconline.co.in on 23/02/2018. The bus boarding timing was 13:00 01/03/2018. I booked the ticket as the Guest the user and when i was trying to cancel the ticket, the website asked to me register it to cancel the ticket.So, while i was registering, the website did not sent the activation mail on my email address. So i was stuck, i tried to customer care number +91-[protected] AND TOLL FREE - [protected], i tried almost 200 times, somebody was declining the call and not picking it up. It was picked once and communicated that there UPSRTC server is down and your ticket cannot be cancelled. I tried to send the email to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but no reply came
This is how UPSRTC works ?? Please refund the money.

Hi,

I made an online booking for 22:31 dated 7 May 2019 & 23:30 Pm same date due to the fact that I got afraid if bus at 22:31 is coming or not .

Once I booked the ticket for 23:30 pm then suddenly the earlier one came at 10: 30 Nd 23:00.

I tried but I was not able to do cancellation for 23:30 pm dated 7 May 2019. I have tried this " register myself on your portal(www.upsrtconline.co.in) using same e-mail ID and mobile number mentioned in ticket i booked. But login it showed invalid user. Please refund the money.

Would appreciate if you can please consider this situation and kindly refund my funds for 23:30 pm dated 7th May 2019.
