I am addressing this to that guy who has written the above post. First of all, if you are really brave enough to tell any issue in a common forum like this, then USE YOUR NAME. You don't have any rights to use names of others. This shows only your cowardness. How can you post such annoying thing?

I don't know who are you Mr.Anonymous01 and Raam_K. But Raam_k statement was completely right.Still i am not receive salary amount for past 4 months & PF amount .The management giving false promise only. HR and CEO doesn't care about employees.

I too know about Urc Infotec. My friend who is working in that company .He got highly disappointed .Because they are postponing the salary of every employees when ever they asking .And some of them comments are posting by their management to get a good name .But they really cheating and making fool of everyone .

I heard more information about this company . Some Urc Infotec employees are asking family reason from employee to get this pending salary .Its our rights to get our money .No need of reason to proceed .

i forgot one thing .My friend told that Team Leads also won't ask our salary to Management .I think management people give money (salary) regularly to Team Leads . So they aren't asking salary.

To URC Management / Anonymous01,
a) If someone doesnt know to write a paragraph completely why did you hire him first of all?
b) He has joined a company with proper interview screenings, but you talk very nonsense in the public forum as if he directly came into your company.
c) If his performance is poor, how many time have you offered him PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
d) If you are unable to pay the salary, why the hell you get the job done from the employees..
e) Someone has joined the company in the month of Jan and he didnt even get the first month salary which triggered him to post the comment only by June... So pathetic...
f) If you have guts, and you are so brave enough please pay the salary rather as if cultureless creature, please dont deny the poor fellows comments here...

Please go to Collectorate Erode, and ask for Labour Department. Give a strong complaint against this company.
There is a portal in TN Government website to post your grievance... if you post your complaint, it would directly go to CM Cell... Action would be very strong...
Dont be in Erode or nearby... There are so many companies in Chennai, Blore, etc who look for good talented guys.. Try out.. All the verybest.
