Us Tech Solutions — scam - trying to collect on "past due bills"

I received a phone call this afternoon from[protected]. The man said my first name after i answered. I said "yes." then he mumbled his name (I think) and said he was from us tech solutions. I have never heard of them so i assumed it was a telemarketer. He repeated my name and said he was on a recorded line and was trying to collect on a "small debt" that i owe. This was after the small talk and i had to tell him to talk faster since i was busy. (The guy talked incredibly slow!). I told him all my bills are current and that i do not owe them anything and that they must have the wrong person. I hung up. Now that i researched i see they are from india. Just another scam.
