To 1.Managing Director Bestprice Walmart Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana 2.Managing Director Usha International, Gurgaon Sub: Request for the replacement of two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200 MM SUPRA having perennial manufacturing defect in Model SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS with brand new two Usha ceiling fans for causing mental agony, harassment, humiliation, deprivation, hardship Sir/s, I have purchased two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200 MM SUPRA from BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana vide invoice no. [protected] dated[protected] and GST is also paid. The EMPLOYEES of Bestprice assured that two ceiling fans are free from all types of defects and further asked that these fans are under warranty for two years from the date of purchase and further asked that if any defect will be occurred then our company will replace the FANS immediately. The said two USHA CEILING FANS RICH WHITE 1200 MM SUPRA are having perennial manufacturing defect in Model SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS. I have lodged two complaints at USHACARE[protected] VIDE no. CC[protected] and CC[protected] both dated[protected] regarding perennial manufacturing defect in MODEL SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS which can neither cure nor repaired nor removed. So both fans are required to be replaced by your Company. On[protected], I went to BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana for replacement both fans having perennial manufacturing defect in Model SUPRA as defect in MOTORS OF FANS but the employees of BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana have flately refused to replace the same. Neither BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana nor USHA INTERNATIONAL have ready to give warranty. They have flately refused to give wararanty deliberately, intentionally, willfully and purposely. On 2-7-2021 at 5:00 PM, the Employee/Engineer o[censored]NITED SERVICE PLAZA, Model Town Extension, Ludhiana service center o[censored]sha International has flately refused to replace the two defective ceiling fans but they have issued two tickets for replacement of two ceiling fans. On the same day i.e. 2-7-2021 at 5:30 PM, I went to BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana in order to replace two fans. The employees of Best Price have flately rudely speaking with me. The employees of Best Price have flately refused to replace or return or refund cost fans. The employees of Best Price have now openly asked that there is no warranty on these products. In this manner, all you in active connivance with each other have taken me for a ride, caused me unbearable mental agony, hardship, deprivation, harassment, humiliation & as all sincere efforts have, I have proved futile & have rather indulged in unfair trade practice.
