Usha International — defected food processor

We have purchased a product called
"food processor model no: fp2663 on 14th aug 2017 and took delivery on 16th aug 2017” from a great brand named usha international.

W e are so excited the product; after testing, we come to know that 3 out of only one jar (Juicer jar) is working and other two jars (Multi purpose and chatny jar) are not working .

however, we logged a complaint
(Complaint no: 5757, dt. 17/08/2017), resolved the same on 26/08/2017. The service representative visited and said that the problem is in its lock and the same has been replaced with new one. Also, we noticed that the new lock has been assembled with a piece of plastic for support and not supplied by the manufacturer.

Later, when we are stared using the multi purpose and chatny jar again we faced another problem that coupler of both food processor and jars are crushed badly and damaged. Again, we have logged another
complaint on[protected] and complaint no: 4448, still we are waiting for the response.

Also find the attached images for your reference and we urge you to replace the entire product with immediate effect or refund whatever we paid.

However, we understand
your product and we are not in such position to face any more problems.
