my name is pradeep kumar. I had purchased a USHA MONOBOCK-PUMP model no:2536 on 5/november/2014 my product is in warranty.I have registered a complaint on on 9/february/2015 regarding malfunctioning in pump.its been 4 days the representative gave lame excuse ever time i call they said that their is no approval committed from the head quarter (mumbai), and until and unless we get the approval we will cannot provide you any service...my complain no is: [protected]..i really pissed off, , , i want you to please take any action against them..
