This only indicates pathetic state of affair at your end. As far as customer care is concerned. Be sure that this incident is going to be circulated in the social media to ensure that customer like me do not suffer in the hands of indifferent firms like usha sriram. I also would like to warn you that in case your attitude dosent change, you may not be able to survive in the market. Further, i am also intimating the canteen stores department to take cognigence of this incident.
