Dishonest cheap management. They have this account of PwC, where they are recruiting for various roles such dot net, sap, oracle, java..etc. These people are not honest with client and deceive them with the promises of providing a fixed number of resources within a timeframe buy cant fulfill even 10% due to budget constraints, then why quote so high..initially..stupidity.
