Sir i have applied for the name correction of my pan card. Name Shaik AKBHAR BASHA.My application number is Q[protected] and Q[protected] and i have paid 106.90rs and 107rs and the amount got deducted from my ICICI credit card twice and the error got occurred but my money got deducted from the account, i couldn't complete the application, i have submitted digital for the first time and physical for the second time, i request to refund the amount
