Uts — Booked Paperless Season Ticket not seen in UTS App

I am writing to report an issue with a season ticket that I booked on December 14, 2025.

The transaction was successful, and I was initially able to view the ticket within the UTS application. However, the ticket has recently disappeared from the app. I have attempted to synchronize the app multiple times, but the ticket is still not visible.

Could you please assist me in recovering the ticket details?
