UTS Global — Money debited but ticket not issued

Dear UTS team,

I have booked a Railway ticket (Western Railway) from Bhayander to Dadar Station Return Journey for AC EMU local but the amount was debited from my account and the ticket was not issued in the app. Request you to issue/reverse a refund to my account immediately. Attaching the screenshot of my payment. I have to make payment 2 times (Firstly for the non-issued ticket & second time for the issued ticket). Attaching the screenshots for the same.kindly do the needful.
