Hi, I placed an order on 31st july 2016 and till date it's status is shown as processing. Why it hasn't delivered the product? It appears they have tried to establish my money as there website doesn't carry any contact number or email address where one can put a query on the status. The wait is too long now and i wanted to gift that product but now it's too late. My email i'd is ramesh.
