Uttar Pradesh jal Nigam — Non Repair of Sarkari Tubewwell

Respected Sir, Hello Sir, my Name is Kudeep Singh .I just wants to your little attention on the status of Sarkari tube well in myVillage.The Govt approved sarkari tubewell is located in our Village. This tube well is almost damaged & no one is looking to repair this. I am sending you some images of the tube well which I capture 23.02.2015. The condition of tube well is very bad from last two year. Due to none repair of water wall doing it is making lots of wastage water. Water seed is damaged everything is damaged I am sending you some images, Please find some images of tube well. I know sir only you can help us because i always get a solution from your side. Please instruct the concern person to look in to this matter and repair the damaged water tap and other things. I have search many website o[censored]p jal nigam but I unable to find right person contact. Please forward my concern. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
