My name is Priyanka Mehta. On 31st of May (2023), I booked a ticket from UPSRTC website from Kaushambi bus station to Bareilly Satellite. On reaching the bus stand on the day of departure, I was asked by the respective bus conductor to cancel my online reservation as the bus trip might get cancel due to less no. of passengers and so, I canceled the trip.
Later on, I received a message from UPSRTC that the bus trip has been canceled due to some unavoidable reasons and the refund will be processed with 7 days respectively. But it's been more than a month and I haven't received any refund yet.
So, I request the respective person or organization to kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible so that I can get my refund. I have attached the details regarding the bus reservation below.
