Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — For Ticket cancellation refund amount

I've booked my ticket from Moradabad to Kaushambi on dated 04th March 2022 and have cancelled the same due to some reasons.
I got a message from UPSRTC that I'll get my refund within working 15 days but till today haven't received any amount from the UPSRTC.
However I've complained in UPCM helpline but still haven't received any solution of my complain.
