I had booked a bus ticket from Anand Vihar to Etah Farrukhabad Depot on 13.04.2022 running at 07:20 which was canceled, confirmation received after reaching Anand Vihar Bus Stand. After cancelling the above Bus again I booked a bus running from Kaushambi to Etah. So against the cancelled bus and even after waiting for a month, I have not received my refund. The transaction along with the bus booking details is attached for your reference and better initiative.
Therefore, in this context, you are requested to kindly resolve my refund process as soon as possible.
