Hi team, please be advised that i am facing the problem in login into the account as i wanted to cancel my ticket (Pnr#ksmi[protected], i have already sent an e-mail to your official id at online. [protected]@upsrtc.com on dated 2nd oct. 2016, in the eve of the same day i got the response from your side as they asked for my user name and password of my upsrtc account, i have given the same on the same day, however its now been more than 24 hours but i have not received any response from them... Please do simething as i want my money back.
