Hi there!

I am Neelabh Dubey, tried to book a ticket from Jaunpur to Prayagraj in Janarath Bus through UPSRTC online reservation. Money has been debited from my account but it showed transaction failed on the website and ticket was not booked.

I am attaching the receipt of payment.
Please do the needful as soon as possible so that I could book another ticket.
