Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Mst cash refund

I have submitted my mst form on upsrtc online portal one month before. Till date i have not got my mst pass. I want refund my money back. What is the procedure. Please inform me.
I have already done online payment for this.
The upsrtc mst website dont show any contact number where i got information.
And not provide any email id. How to track my mst.
