Sir/ Madam, I was online booking my ticket from 'Lucknow to Basti' by Shatabdi bus at UPSRTC site by on 19.05.2022.At the time of online payment Rs.466.00 deducted from my SBI account but ticket not booked due to technical error and transaction failed. I was booking my ticket as a guest without registering on website. I forwarded mail to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com for refund but after 20 days there is no response from their side. The transaction I'd as shown in my attached bank statement was[protected]IGANPNHSR3 Please help me by forwarding this issue to concerned.
