Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Refund of cancelled bus not received

Dear sir/mam,

I booked 2 seats on Jan Rath bus from Bareilly to Dehradun which was supposed to leave at 21:00 on 18.11.2021, but it was cancelled. The refund of it has not been recieved by me yet.

I have contacted and emailed about the same multiple times but still the refund is not received by me.

Please refund the amount of it. The details of tickets booked are given below
