Sir, I had booked a bus ticket from kaiserbag to dehradun on 31 july 22 having amount of Rs.1546. Transaction had completed but ticket was not booked. I have called custermer care regarding this, they told me due to web site maintainence this problem occured.Your amount will be refunded within a week.
