Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Refund of ticket not received

I booked a ticket of Janrath bus (Delhi to Dehradun) online.
The date of travel was 29.06.2022.
My bus got cancelled and I received a message that the amount will be refunded to me within 7 days.
It has been 12 days and I haven't yet received the refund.
Please help me process my refund at the earliest.
