Dear sir,
This is to inform I am Traveling From Meerut to Kashmiri Gate Delhi
Before three Weeks ago.
I have given INR 500 the Ticket is INR 150 .But conductor not refund.
I have words with customer service centre they said pls take from Meerut bus stand office.
I have contact with Meerut bus stand office they said don't know.

i am feeling very bad.
