Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Ticket refund did not received | |||
I booked two tickets of Janrath bus from Noida to Gorakhpur but Bus got cancelled on 08/05/2021 and still I didn't got my refund. My journey date was 08/05/2021. My refunds are pending from more than one month. I have dropped many mails to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com but didn't received any support. So poor service from UPSRTC, which I didn't expected this to happen. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am providing my bus ticket and cancellation voucher screenshots.
