I booked a ticket for single passenger on UPSRTC's official reservation website as a guest user. I made the payment through UPI and the amount (Rs531) got debited from my account but the transaction failed on the website yet I didn't receive any refund of that amount. Please make it happen as soon as possible I'm providing details and screenshot of payment below.
