Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — transaction related issue

I booked a bus tickit yesterday from lucknow to ghaziabad in upsrtc through guest login. 836rupees deducted from my account through netbanking but i have not recieve any confirmation mail or massage yet.
I called so much time but no one is recieving my call, they are making me fool.
Please help me. Either provide me my tickit or refund my money back.

Mirzapur se allahabad ke rout me vindhyanchal ke bad mandaroad tak road ki halat boht jarer ho chuki h, daily badi gadiyo ke karan jaam lagata h. road ki halat me koi sudhar nai ho raha hai.
