Uttar Pradesh Technical University — not received marksheet but paid for it

Sir, I have applied for the marksheets of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and a migration certificate but only migration has come but i paid for both marksheets and migration. And in document which come from aktu, it is written in that it contains all marksheets and migration certificate but does not contain marksheet. I want my marksheets of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year.
