UttaraKhand Technical University — Marksheets is checked correctly

-I have seen some copies and some copies are not open The copies that I have seen have given lesser marks . Since my answer is full of descriptions with correct details still have not given satisfactory marks . Being from an economically weak background I can't afford the extra money that UTU is looting from re-evaluation . Why can't the university checks these mistake from the start Mark sheets help student set in the interview process and for various master programs as well.
Since the university does not allow remaking the copy of the mark sheet but still for the complaint process and tell everyone how this university makes fraud of students from re-evaluation. I am submitting a Screenshot of my machine learning examination.
